Journeyman Carpenter

Organ Construction is a small, family-run residential construction company specializing in homes and condos. We’re looking to hire a reliable and hardworking Journeyman Carpenter to join our 3–5 person crew.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in residential construction tasks including framing, formwork, demolition, and material handling

• Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently

• Maintain a clean and organized job site

• Follow directions from site leads and contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment

Requirements:

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License

• Legally eligible to work in Canada

• Physically able to lift 50 lbs and perform manual labor in various weather conditions

• Previous construction experience preferred but not required for labourers

• Reliable transportation to and from job sites

Work Schedule:

• Summer: Four 10-hour days (Monday–Thursday)

• Winter: Five 8-hour days (Monday–Friday)
