As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a licensed Journeyman HVAC Technician with experience in propane and oil-fired heating systems to join our team.

Location: Whitehorse, YT
Salary: $100,000 – $120,000+ per year (depending on experience)
Schedule: Full-time, year-round

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, service, and commission residential and light commercial propane and oil-fired heating systems
• Diagnose and repair furnaces, boilers, and related HVAC equipment
• Perform combustion analysis, safety inspections, and preventative maintenance
• Coordinate with electrical contractors or perform minor electrical tasks (if licensed)
• Maintain organized inventory in company vehicle and on job sites
• Deliver high-quality customer service and maintain positive client relationships

Required Qualifications:

• Red Seal Journeyman Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Mechanic Certification (Code: 313A | NOC 72402)
• ODS/Refrigerant Handling Certification (Canada)
• Experience with propane and/or oil heating system installation, diagnostics, and repair
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills

Preferred Assets (Not Mandatory):

• Gas Fitter License (G2/G1 or Class B)
• Oil Burner Mechanic (OBT1/OBT2)
• Electrical endorsement or ability to work alongside certified electricians

Pay: $80,000.00–$130,000.00 per year
