A: Please allow 1-2 business days for your job posting to be approved.

Q: Does it cost money to post a job?

A: Posting with YuWIN is free!

Q: How do I get my job posted at the top of your list?

A: To get priority posting, send a request via email to [email protected]​ ​and we will send you a price list.

Q: How do I edit my job post?

A: Go onto your dashboard where it shows your job postings and you can click the little button beside your job that says edit.

Q: How do I change my password?

A: Click on your account at the top right of the YuWIN homepage and select "Settings."

Q: How do I republish an old job post?

A: Go to your employer dashboard, click the "copy" button to the right of your job, then click "publish."

Q: How do I delete an old job posting that I no longer want on my employer dashboard anymore?

Job postings

Job postings on YuWIN have an initial maximum advertising period of sixty (60) calendar days. It is the employer’s responsibility to manage the time period of jobs advertised on YuWIN.

Job postings on YuWIN must comply with all applicable federal/provincial/territorial legislation, including employment standards and human rights legislation.

YuWIN will not post jobs:

• if the employer expects the employee to remit his/her own tax deductions;
• if the employer expects the worker to arrange other employment coverage for programs such as income tax, the Canada Pension Plan (CPP), employment insurance (EI), and workers’ compensation;
• if unpaid training is a condition of employment;
• if the job posting is a duplicate of a job posting that is currently advertised on YuWIN
• if fees are charged to job seekers and/or applicants;
• for business or self-employment opportunities with or without a monetary investment;
• for employment opportunities located outside Canada that are not insurable in Canada;
• if the business is attempting to recruit replacement workers during a labour dispute;
• if they contain morally offensive, lewd, malicious, illegal, defamatory statements, inflammatory or discriminatory content based on gender, sexual orientation, age, religious affiliations, disability or ethnicity, or any commercial solicitations and/or advertising; and,
• if they contain any other content that YuWIN considers to be inappropriate.

YuWIN and all functionalities therein are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. By accessing and using the YuWIN website you agree that YuWIN is used entirely at your own risk.

YuWIN makes no representations and warranties, express or implied, and disclaims all liability with respect to:

1. being free of malware, including viruses, or other harmful components;
2. the operations to be conducted using or relying on YuWIN;
3. conditions of accuracy, completeness, currency, merchantable quality, or fitness for a particular purpose;
4. non-availability due to maintenance or upgrade; or,
5. non-availability due to events outside its control, or that YuWIN could not have reasonably prevented by means of control, compromise, disaster recovery procedures or business continuity procedures.

YuWIN shall not be liable in any event for any damages, whether direct or indirect, consequential or incidental, arising from any possible interaction with YuWIN by the employer, its users or its representative(s). YuWIN has no control over how third parties use information posted on YuWIN.

YuWIN may interrupt or terminate YuWIN operations at any time and accepts no liability or responsibility to YuWIN users should this occur.

If any provision of these Terms of Use and Conditions is declared by an arbitrator or a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed from these Terms of Use and Conditions and all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
