  • Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Diagnose electrical issues, test circuits, perform service work, and repair systems safely and independently (or under guidance, depending on experience level).
  • Leadership & Mentorship: Journeypersons will help mentor apprentices on site; senior apprentices will be expected to assist newer apprentices as needed.

  • Safety Certifications: Valid First Aid / CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).

What We Offer

  • Competitive Wages: Hourly rate commensurate with experience, Red Seal status, or apprenticeship level.
  • Growth & Mentorship: Ongoing diverse opportunities to expand your skills, earn hours, and lead projects.
  • Safety First: A dedicated safety culture with proper PPE, ongoing training, and clear site protocols.
