We are a locally owned and operated construction company seeking a reliable, hardworking labourer to join our small, busy crew. We run an organized, respectful job site and value a team who takes pride in their work and maintains high standards across all projects.
What We Offer:
- Full-time, permanent position
- Competitive wage: $35–$45/hour (based on experience)
- Monday–Friday schedule (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
- Opportunity for mutually agreed upon overtime
Responsibilities:
- Residential and commercial renovations and builds
- Drywall installation and finishing
- Framing, finishing, and general carpentry work
- Working efficiently as part of a small, high-performing team
Requirements:
- Journeyman Carpenter (Red Seal certification considered a strong asset)
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Physically fit and capable of handling the demands of the job
- Valid driver’s license and own transportation
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
- Must provide own basic hand tools (larger equipment provided)
- Able to communicate clearly and work well with a team
