GENERAL LABOURER / CORE CUTTER

Fox Exploration Ltd. is accepting applications for a CORE CUTTERS / GENERAL LABOURERS, with duties as outlined below, to join our team for the 2026 field season at an exploration project based near Dawson City, Yukon. We are looking for hire for both full-time and relief rotation positions. Fox Exploration is an exploration services contractor providing camp management and support to clients in the mineral resources sector. Job Overview

As a Core Cutter/General Labourer you will provide project support as outlined below. Travel to the work site along with room and board will be provided.

Responsibilities

The Core Cutter/General Labourer will be responsible for a variety of day-to-day tasks to provide assistance and support to the Geological Department with the primary role as a core cutter as follows:

• Provide support to the geological department with drill core processing
• Splitting drill core by cutting with a core saw
• Bagging and organizing core samples to be shipped to a lab
• Assisting with basic construction and repairs around camp
• Other general camp labour duties

Requirements

• Previous core cutting experience is an asset
• Ability to perform physically demanding work for long hours
• Ability to lift fifty pounds (50 lbs)
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Self-driven with a work ethic to go beyond what is expected
• Equipment operation and/or basic carpentry, electrical, plumbing or mechanical skillsets are an asset.

*Training can be provided for individuals willing to learn, however prior experience with drill core processing and mineral exploration labour tasks are an asset.

Project activities are anticipated to begin mid-February and run through October with various start dates available for qualified candidates

Compensation: Commensurate with experience

Preference will be given to individuals located in Yukon, BC or Alberta due to travel logistics.
