About Us

Talamore Mining is a Vancouver-based exploration and development company advancing base and precious metals projects across the Americas. Our flagship asset, the 100%-owned Coffee Gold Project in Canada’s Yukon Territory, is a high-quality gold project progressing through final permitting and engineering in preparation for a construction decision. Alongside Coffee, Talamore Mining maintains a portfolio of copper and gold assets in Chile and Mexico, supporting the company’s vision of building a diversified mining platform focused on responsible development, strong partnerships, and long-term value creation.

Purpose

To safely contribute to exploration activity and collect high-quality geological data to the Company's standards.

Accountabilites

  • Conduct high-quality geological logging of drill core and chip samples, recording lithology, alteration, and mineralization in accordance with company standards.
  • Contribute to the interpretation of geological data to support exploration decisions.
  • Contribute to drilling and exploration summary reports documenting field activities, observations, and progress.
  • Knowledge of mineral exploration, with a strong commitment to team collaboration, and a dedication safety.
  • Perform additional tasks to support exploration activities as directed by the Senior Exploration Geologist or Exploration Manager
  • Assist drilling operations by supporting exploration staff with drill pad inspections, collar staking, drill rig line-ups, and downhole surveys.
  • Technical knowledge in structural-controlled gold deposit types is preferred
  • Demonstrated experience with working in exploration setting
  • A commitment to safety, and environmental best practice.
  • Experience and willingness to travel to and work rotations in remote site
  • Assist in conducting routine inspections of contractor work areas, including drill rigs plus laydown areas, promptly identifying and reporting any substandard or unsafe conditions.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of mineral exploration experience, primarily in Canada
  • Class 5 Drivers’ license.

Education

Current enrollment or recent graduate within a B.Sc. in Geology or Earth Sciences, or related degree program

Work Location & Conditions

  • Location: Yukon Territories, Canada
  • Remote-based role with a preference for Yukon based candidates
  • This is a contract position based at the Coffee Project, with a rotating 2-weeks on / 2-weeks off schedule.
