Line Cook/Prep Cook

Job Posting: Restaurant Cook (2 Positions Available - One Breakfast/Lunch and One Lunch/Dinner)
Location: Wolf-It-Down Restaurant, Nugget City, Yukon
Wage: $25/hr + 30% tip share
Seasonal Position: May - September 30th (flexible start/end within a week or two)
Hours: 40 hours/week over 6 days

Job Description:

We are looking for two experienced or passionate cooks to join our team at the Wolf-It-Down Restaurant. Our restaurant is known for BBQ ribs, homemade burgers, fresh bakery items, and specialty coffees. As the cook on duty, you’ll have the chance to showcase your skills in a fast-paced but fun environment while living in the beautiful Yukon wilderness. A positive attitude and teamwork are essential—we work together to keep things running smoothly and support one another throughout each shift.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items, including burgers, fries, pasta, and BBQ ribs
  (we will train you)
• Operate the line as the sole cook on duty during shifts
• Bake and proof pre-made bakery items
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
• Assist with dishwashing and occasional serving duties during peak hours
