Breakfast Chef and Cook

We are looking for a talented and passionate Chef to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate is an experienced culinary professional who takes pride in creating high-quality dishes, maintaining excellent kitchen standards, and leading a team in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to menu specifications.
• Preparing Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner menus time to time to fit the local customers.
• Maintain consistent food quality, presentation, and portion control.
• Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff.
• Manage daily kitchen operations and coordinate food preparation.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
• Monitor inventory and assist with ordering food and kitchen supplies.
• Minimize food waste and help control food costs.
• Develop new menu items and seasonal specials when required.
• Work closely with management and front-of-house staff to ensure excellent service.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Chef, Sous Chef, or senior kitchen professional.
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety standards.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy restaurant.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Culinary education or equivalent professional experience is an asset.
• Food safety certification is preferred/required.
