Equinox Adventures is seeking adventurous and engaging people to join our staff team. We offer Ice Climbing Tours at our Ice Tower facility at Mt. Sima.

Adventure Guides work with clients to provide memorable experiences. They should have a passion for working with groups while maintaining a safe, positive and adventurous environment.

Training and equipment is provided. You do not require previous ice climbing experience, we are happy to train the right person.

Qualifications:

  • Current First Aid and CPR certification (or in the process of attaining)
  • Experience working with groups
  • Experience with adventure activities
  • Energetic and engaging personality
  • Enjoy working outdoors
  • Industry recognized certification and/or training from previous employment are an asset
