Guides are an important catalyst in providing an excellent touring experience. We are looking for guides that possess good social skills, are fun, care about people, and are sensitive to their needs. We offer continuous training to help our guides become independent and achieve our shared goal of providing the highest possible standard in tourism.

Class 4 License is required, an easy upgrade if you hold a Class 5.

In this position, you will have to be an outgoing person to work well in a team, as well as have individual decision-making skills. The main aspect of this job is guiding day tours, meet & greet, driver-guided tours, Aurora tours and sightseeing tours, and natural interpretation tours. This will be a very diverse job.

Job Description:

Coordinate recreation activities
Describe points of interest
Provide historical and cultural facts related to various sites
Attend to hotel, airport, train, and other check-in and check-out procedures
Develop and deliver commentaries
Coordinate activities with local tour guides or leaders of performance groups
Provide information on tipping customs, currency exchange rates, metric conversion, enquiries, answers, and other details
Assist clients/guests with special needs
Transport or guide individuals or groups on tours of cities, museums, historical, heritage sites, and other sites
Independent work in the fields of guiding, planning, and scheduling

Class 4 driver's license (easily upgrade to Class 4 if you have a Class 5). First Aid Certificate & CPR Certificate (will train)

Assets:
Spanish, Korean, Japanese, Chinese language skills are a great asset but not required.
