TITLE: Data Entry Clerk

REPORTS TO: Vice – President, Finance and Corporate Affairs

STATUS: Permanent, Full - Time; Monday - Friday schedule.

RATE: 27.50 per hour to $32.17 per hour.

START DATE: August 1, 2024

Qualifications:

* 10 months experience

* Spanish speaking ability.

Job-Specific Duties:

The Data Entry Clerk is responsible for supporting the Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk (AP/AR) and VP Finance in the following duties:

• All filing of documents and financial records
• Coding and data entry of AP invoices
• Pulling all invoices to be paid and getting approval by the VP of Finance, COO, or CFO for payment
• Generating weekly cheque runs
• Processing monthly cheque run
• Data entry for AR invoices
• Data entry of client payments
• Supports payroll process with data entry
• Data entry of month-end journal entries
• Maintain spreadsheets for VISA and wire payments
• Work with other departments to ensure that information is accurate
• Assist AP/AR Clerk by responding to vendors and customers inquiries, maintain good customer relations, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Any other duties as assigned by Management.
