About Overland Yukon Overland Yukon is an adventure rental company specializing in Jeep Wranglers with rooftop tents and fully-equipped custom campervans. Our focus is on delivering exceptional service, sharing local travel expertise, and offering a seamless, comfortable experience that goes above and beyond.

Term 4-5 Months

Position Overview This is a dynamic, hands-on position where no two days are the same. In the peak season (August to early September), you’ll support our operations team with guest service, vehicle turnovers, and general logistics. When that's taken care of, you'll work on digital marketing. As the season winds down (September to October), your focus will fully shift toward sales and digital marketing, helping us connect with global travel agencies, promote our services, and build next season’s bookings.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote Overland Yukon to international travel agencies and tour operators
  
  
• Manage and grow our digital presence (social media, email marketing, content creation)
  
  
• Help create marketing materials (photos, videos, itineraries, partner brochures)
  

• Assist with vehicle cleaning, restocking, and turnover between rentals

• Deliver exceptional customer service during guest check-ins and orientations

• Help manage day-to-day logistics and support our Customer Service Manager

What We’re Looking For

• Must be under 30 years old (Canada Summer Jobs or similar youth employment program eligibility)

• Organized, reliable, and detail-focused

• Great with people; friendly, calm, and confident with guests

• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision

• Self-motivated and adaptable

• Interest or experience in sales, tourism marketing, digital media, or customer service

• Passionate about camping, road trips, and the outdoors

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with clean driving record

• Experience cleaning or detailing vehicles is an asset but not mandatory

Bonus (but not required):

• Experience with Canva, social media platforms, or CRM tools
  
  
• If you’re mechanically inclined or comfortable using tools for small repairs and fixes. We value problem solvers who can think on their feet and pitch in where needed.
