What’s this position about?

As an Assessment Officer, you are part of our dynamic Assessment group that conducts environmental and socio-economic assessments throughout Yukon. This includes identifying project effects and mitigation measures for significant adverse effects and developing recommendations. Work contributions will also include participation in public forums as needed, as well as the ability to develop, foster and maintain multidisciplinary relationships.

Where will I be working?

YESAB consists of 6 Designated Offices throughout the Yukon Territory (Watson Lake, Teslin, Haines Junction, Mayo, Dawson City and Whitehorse). YESAB’s Head Office is located in downtown Whitehorse.

We are seeking individuals who are excited to live in Dawson City as a permanent Assessment Officer.
