We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented admin assistant to join our team. This role is essential in supporting daily operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
  • Process accounts payable and receivable
  • Manage office supplies and inventory
  • Handle incoming emails; assist with general inquires
  • Organize and maintain digital and paper filing systems
  • Support other admin tasks as required by the management

Experience

  • Previous experience in an administrative role is an asset
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite & QuickBooks will be an asset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with staff and clients.
  • Attention to detail

WORKING HOURS WILL BE MON- FRI 8:30AM- 3:30PM
