Corporate Services Clerk Trainee
The Corporate Services Clerk (trainee) is a developmental opportunity for a First Nation or Inuit youth who is unemployed or under employed and keen on developing office skills and pursuing a future career in finance, human resources, communications, administration, or policy/research.
Applicants must be First Nation or Inuit, 19 to 25 years of age, and unemployed or under employed to be considered. You must have a valid class 5 driver's license. The successful candidate will have desire and keen interest in developing the competencies necessary to support the corporate services team. This is accomplished by providing administrative and operational support to Finance, Human Resources, Communications and Policy/Research teams.
Initiative is critical. The position assists with a variety of day-to-day activities, including confidential data entry, document preparation, filing and records management. The Clerk assists with event scheduling, tracking information, coordinating meetings and completing general administrative tasks.
