YFNED is looking for a skilled and motivated Project Analyst to help advance meaningful change in education for Yukon First Nation and Indigenous learners. This position will help move priority Joint Education Action Plan (JEAP) initiatives from ideas and planning into action.

Working alongside Yukon First Nations, education partners, governments and YFNED colleagues, you will lead and contribute to projects that support the implementation of the JEAP and strengthen educational outcomes for Yukon First Nation learners. This work is varied and engaging, and encompasses research and analysis, coordinating projects, facilitating engagement with communities and partners, developing recommendations, and creating practical reports, tools and resources.

We are looking for an Analyst who is a strong researcher, a critical thinker, and highly organized. You are a skilled relationship builder who is comfortable bringing people and perspectives together. Most importantly, you understand the importance of ensuring Yukon First Nation perspectives, priorities and ways of knowing remain at the heart of the work.
