Rock Truck & Loader Operator

We are hiring a Rock Truck/ Loader Operator to join our team!

We are a family-run placer mining operation located outside of Mayo, Yukon. The most important thing to us is working together as a team, maintaining a positive work environment, and getting the job done safely and efficiently.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with a great team, has a strong work ethic, and is excited to be part of the process of getting some gold!

This is a camp-based position operating a 988B Loader and 740 Rock Truck.

What You Bring to the Table

• Experience operating loaders and rock trucks
• Experience with a 988B Loader and/or 740 Rock Truck is an asset
• Safety-first mentality
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Flexible and willing to take on different duties as needed during down time
• Ability to work independently and safely in a remote camp environment

Position Details

• Location: Near Mayo, Yukon
• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: Mid-October
• Wage: Negotiable based on experience
• Accommodation: Camp accommodation provided
• Meals: Food provided
• Schedule: Camp-based
