Assistant Service Station Managers
Incumbent –
The Assistant Service Station Managers are responsible for the day-to-day performance of the Service Station Attendants and Cashiers. They are also required to ensure that the store, equipment, and yard are cleaned and maintained daily.
- Ensure that the staff are performing their duties to the highest level
- Ensuring that the Daily and Weekly housekeeping duties are performed
- Help Manager take corrective actions when staff performance doesn’t match expectations.
- Acknowledging superior performance of duties for staff members
- Stocking the shelves on a continuous basis
- Ordering Inventory as required
- Ordering Supplies as required
- Inspect Bathrooms and Store front continually
- Inspect propane shed, pumps and exterior of building daily and arrange maintenance as required
- Inspect yard 3 times per week and arrange maintenance as required
- Ensure that the ice is bagged daily
- Ice room is cleaned daily
- Ensure that all Food Safe procedures are followed
- Perform his/her duties in a safety conscious manner that protects all employees and customers from injury and/or damage to property, both the companies and 3rd parties
- Provide assistance to co-workers on an ongoing basis and when required
