What You'll Be Doing

Every shift is different, but you'll spend your time:

  • Creating memorable guest experiences from the moment guests walk through the door.
  • Learning classic cocktails, craft beer, wine, and food.
  • Working alongside a supportive team that wants everyone to succeed.
  • Building confidence in service, communication, and hospitality.
  • Helping create an environment where both guests and teammates enjoy coming to work.

What We're Looking For

We're less interested in finding someone who already knows everything.

We're much more interested in someone who:

  • Loves working with people.
  • Takes pride in doing things well.
  • Shows up when they say they will.
  • Accepts feedback and wants to improve.
  • Works well under pressure.
  • Helps teammates without being asked.
  • Wants to build a career—not just collect a paycheck.
