Are you someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, meeting and helping people? Whitehorse Motors is looking for a Service Advisor to join our team.

As one of the faces of our Service Department, you'll be the connection between our customers and our technicians. Every day is different, and you'll play a key role in creating an exceptional customer experience while helping keep Yukon drivers safely on the road.

What You'll Do

  • Welcome customers and build lasting relationships.
  • Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues.
  • Manage repair orders.
  • Explain recommended maintenance and repairs in a clear manner based on vehicle condition.
  • Provide estimates and obtain repair authorizations.
  • Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Process invoices and collect payments.
  • Follow up with customers after service to ensure complete satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the Parts and Sales departments to provide a seamless customer experience.
  • Help maintain a positive, organized, team-focused service department.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment.
  • Professional, positive attitude with strong attention to detail.
  • Computer proficiency and ability to learn dealership software.
  • Valid driver's licence.
  • Automotive knowledge is an asset, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
