If you're someone who enjoys solving problems, has an eye for detail, and takes pride in ensuring work is completed to the highest standards, we'd love to hear from you!As our Quality Control / Maintenance Compliance Coordinator, you'll play an important role in maintaining the safety and airworthiness of our fleet. Working alongside our maintenance team, you'll help ensure aircraft maintenance records, inspections, and quality processes meet company standards and Transport Canada regulations while supporting continuous improvement throughout the organization.

Position Available: Full-Time, Permanent

Start Date: ASAP

Qualifications:

  • Valid Transport Canada AME Licence (M1 Rating).
  • Minimum five (5) years of aircraft maintenance experience, including at least two (2) years in a 703/704 or similar AMO environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Canadian Aviation Regulations and aircraft maintenance practices.
  • Experience with maintenance tracking systems and technical documentation is considered an asset.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work safely around aircraft, including climbing ladders and accessing confined spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review maintenance records and technical documentation for accuracy and compliance.
  • Perform inspections and quality checks on completed maintenance activities.
  • Support aircraft maintenance planning and regulatory compliance.
  • Monitor maintenance tracking programs and ensure inspection schedules remain current.
  • Assist with internal and external audits and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain aircraft weight and balance records and configuration documentation.
  • Work closely with maintenance, stores, and operations to ensure smooth communication and efficient workflows.
  • Investigate maintenance discrepancies and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Help ensure company policies and Transport Canada regulations are followed.
  • Promote a strong culture of safety, quality, and teamwork.
