As our Maintenance Production Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring our aircraft are maintained safely, efficiently, and ready to fly. You'll work closely with our maintenance, flight operations, and leadership teams to coordinate maintenance schedules, manage priorities, and support the incredible people who keep our fleet in the air.
Position Available: Full-Time, Permanent
Start Date: ASAP
Qualifications:
- AME License or four (4) years of aviation experience with two (2) years of management experience.
- Strong knowledge of aircraft maintenance planning and aviation operations.
- Experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge of Canadian Aviation Regulations is considered an asset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance.
- Develop maintenance schedules and forecasts to maximize aircraft availability.
- Lead and support the day-to-day activities of the maintenance team.
- Work closely with Flight Operations to minimize aircraft downtime.
- Monitor maintenance progress and adjust plans as operational priorities change.
- Coordinate with vendors, manufacturers, and third-party maintenance providers.
- Support quality assurance initiatives and continuous improvement departmentally & company-wide.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and performance support to maintenance staff.
- Manage employee schedules, time-off requests, and payroll approvals.
- Ensure maintenance activities meet Transport Canada regulations and company standards.
- Promote a safe, collaborative, and positive workplace culture.
