Ruby Range Adventure, one of Yukon’s leading outdoor adventure companies, is looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Guide to join our team on multi-day canoe trips and van tours in the Yukon Territory and Alaska. This is an excellent opportunity for those eager to start a career in adventure tourism, gain valuable experience, and explore the breathtaking landscapes of the North.
We believe that great trips are made by great people, and our assistant guides play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests. While prior guiding experience is not required, we are looking for individuals with a passion for working with people, a desire to learn, and a willingness to embrace new challenges, all while sharing the simple joy of spending time in the great outdoors. This role is perfect if you’re studying sports or tourism and looking for an exciting hands-on experience to kick-start your career.

- Comfortable working with clients and creating a positive atmosphere
- Eager to learn and discover new things
- Enthusiastic about tourism and outdoor adventures
- Physically active and ready for outdoor challenges
- A team player with good communication skills
- Fluency in English
- Flexibility to assist with either canoe trips or van-based tours
