Pharmacy Assistant - Full Time

Medicine Chest Pharmacy is an independently owned pharmacy, which strives to provide the highest level of care and service for our clients. We are seeking a motivated, hard working and compassionate individual to join our team.

Duties include of a pharmacy assistant include:

• providing professional and compassionate client service
• preparing prescriptions for clients
• Inventory control within dispensary and front store
• regular organization, cleaning and maintenance

Knowledge and Skills required:

• High level of computer literacy

Experience working in pharmacy or related health care field and/or related education is not required, as we provide on-the-job training and orientation. Previous experience will be considered a strong asset.

This position is full time, Monday-Friday (~1 Saturday/month, 40 hr/week) with a very competitive wage, vacation allowance and benefit package.
