Job Summary: Reporting to the Manager of Youth & Transitional Supports, the Family Preservation Youth & Transitional Support Worker will provide practical assistance and support for youth and young adults from the age of nineteen to twenty-six.
Screening Criteria: High school education or equivalent, with relevant post-secondary training and/or equivalency obtained through course work and/or work experience. A minimum of one-years’ experience working in a social services environment.
Salary: Level 7: $71,198.71 - $ 89,008.45
