Fraserway RV is Canada's largest vertically integrated RV company and a leader in RV sales, rentals, service, and parts. We are looking for an RV Rental Operations Supervisor to join our Whitehorse team and help deliver an exceptional rental experience for our customers.

Reporting to the Rentals Manager, you will supervise the day-to-day operations of the Rentals Department by leading the Detailing, Housekeeping, and PDI teams. You will ensure rental units are prepared on time, meet company quality standards, and provide an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the Detailing, Housekeeping, and PDI teams.
• Prepare staff schedules, assign work, and monitor daily operations.
• Ensure rental RVs are cleaned, inspected, serviced, and ready according to reservation schedules.
• Coordinate with Customer Service and other departments to support efficient rental operations.
• Monitor fleet readiness, turnaround times, and operational performance.
• Coach, train, mentor, and support team members.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee performance management.
• Resolve operational and customer service issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Promote a positive, respectful, and safety-focused work environment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and workplace health and safety standards.
• Recommend improvements to operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or team lead experience.
• Minimum two years of experience in RV rentals, hospitality, tourism, accommodations, or a related service industry.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid Class 5 driver's licence with a clean driving record.
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety practices.
• Fluency in German is considered an asset, as many of our rental customers are German-speaking.

Working Conditions

• Full-time permanent position (40 hours per week).
• Weekend, evening, and seasonal overtime may be required.
• Indoor and outdoor work in all weather conditions.
• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
