Klondike Kettle Corn: Team Lead Production

This position works in management with the Production Manager to supervise the production of kettle corn and caramel corn. The Team Lead will have worked for a minimum of 1+ years as a Kettle Corn Specialist. The worker is responsible for producing a high quality product in clean and professional packaging. Working in a busy environment both independently and with someone. The worker will follow all safety standards in food safety and workplace safety as outlined in our Operational Procedures.

The Team Lead may also be trained to fulfill and pack orders or be responsible for delivery days.

Principal activities and Responsibilities:

• Fill out daily production plan
• Supervise/Lead a production team
• Produce and package kettle corn and caramel corn
• Maintain cleanliness of production area
• Follow food and workplace safety procedures
• Lift and transport heavy loads up to 50 lbs
• Work independently and as part of a team
• May also be required to fulfill and pack order
• May be required to drive the delivery van and restock local stores

Qualifications:

• Good working 6 hour shifts in a physically demanding job
• Works with little or no supervision and good at following direction
• Works well as part of a team and at leading a team
• Strong organizational skills - good at prioritizing a task list
• Lift and move heavy loads of up to 50 lb
