Full-Time Retail Ambassador

We have an exciting job opportunity at Yukon Brewing! We are now looking to fill a full-time permanent position for a Retail Ambassador in our tasting room and store.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide exceptional customer service
• Engage in dialogue with customers, and become comfortable explaining product portfolio
• Fill Growlers
• Open and close store
• Compute sales transactions
• Perform tasks such as counting money, separating debit machine slips, coupons, and vouchers
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices
• Replenish store stock as needed
• Check beer stock for rotation
• Maintain a neat and tidy, & dust-free retail environment
• Conduct brewery/distillery tours & tastings

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong customer service skills
• Must be a team player
• Strong beer and spirits knowledge or interest
• Must be available for weekends/evenings
• Strong presentation skills; not afraid to speak in front of a crowd
• Customer service experience
