We are looking for a Marketing & Project Coordinator to support our team across content, campaign planning, social media, project coordination, and day-to-day marketing execution.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is organized, curious, creative, and interested in growing inside a marketing agency. You do not need to be an expert in every area, but you should be comfortable juggling details, communicating clearly, learning quickly, and helping projects move forward.
Roughly half of the role will focus on social media, content, and campaign support. The other half will support project coordination, internal follow-ups, meeting notes, asset gathering, and marketing production tasks.
This is a growth role. For the right person, there is room to develop into more project ownership over time.
What You’ll Do

- Help draft or organize scripts, social copy, campaign copy, email copy, and content outlines.
- Gather inputs from clients, internal team members, existing materials, and AI-supported workflows.
- Support reports, campaign summaries, simple decks, and presentation materials.
- Help turn strategy, meeting notes, and client direction into organized next steps.
- Support internal Mammoth marketing where needed.
Social Media Support
- Help create, schedule, and publish social media content for Mammoth and assigned clients.
- Support social calendars, content calendars, posting schedules, and approval workflows.
- Draft captions, gather assets, organize content, and prepare posts for review.
- Monitor assigned channels and flag comments, risks, or engagement opportunities.
- Support basic social reporting and performance tracking.
- Research trends, formats, examples, and content ideas.
Project Coordination
- Support project managers and team leads with coordination tasks.
- Prepare meeting notes, action items, and follow-ups.
- Keep project tasks and information organized in Asana and Google Drive.
- Follow up on missing assets, feedback, approvals, and deadlines.
- Help coordinate small deliverables, campaign pieces, and production tasks.
- Support project setup, documentation, and closeout.
- Help ensure internal team members have the information they need to move work forward.
Marketing Production Support
- Help coordinate creative, content, video, web, and social deliverables.
- Support basic copywriting and content preparation for print and digital materials.
- Assist with QA/proofing for clarity, accuracy, and completeness.
- Support content shoots, local activations, and boots-on-the-ground production needs where appropriate.
- Help prepare materials for internal reviews and client reviews.
What We’re Looking For
- Interest or experience in marketing, communications, social media, content, project coordination, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organization and follow-through.
- Comfort managing multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
- A good eye for detail.
- Willingness to ask questions, learn, and take feedback.
- Comfort working with social media platforms and digital tools.
- Ability to work well with creative, strategic, and technical team members.
- Ability to work from the Whitehorse office at least 3 days per week.
Nice to Have
- Experience creating content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, or other platforms.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe tools, Google Workspace, or similar tools.
- Experience with Asana or other project management software.
- Experience with Webflow, Mailchimp, Typeform, Google Analytics, or social scheduling tools.
- Experience with basic reporting, analytics, or digital campaign tracking.
- Experience working with clients, community organizations, events, tourism, non-profits, or small businesses.
