Location: Whitehorse, Yukon

We’re looking for a Project Manager, Client Delivery to help lead client-facing project delivery across marketing, communications, brand, web, and campaign work.
This role is for someone who can keep projects moving, communicate clearly with clients and internal teams, manage timelines and deliverables, and help protect the quality of the work as it moves from idea to execution.
This is not a traditional account manager role. You won’t be expected to own sales or independently manage accounts from a business development perspective. Instead, you’ll own assigned project delivery inside Mammoth’s delivery system, working closely with our Marketing & Operations Manager, creative team, web team, coordinators, and Managing Director.
We are open to shaping this role as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager depending on the successful candidate’s experience, client-facing confidence, and level of delivery ownership.
what you’ll do
- Manage assigned projects from kickoff through completion.
- Build and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, workback schedules, and task lists.
- Lead or support client meetings, including agendas, notes, follow-ups, and status updates.
- Keep clients informed, organized, and confident throughout the project.
- Coordinate internal team members, contractors, and external partners to keep work moving.
- Translate client feedback into clear next steps for the internal team.
- Track progress, flag risks early, and help resolve issues before they become bigger problems.
- Manage scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables with the Marketing & Operations Manager.
- Keep Asana and project documentation accurate and up to date.
- Review deliverables for completeness, clarity, accuracy, consistency, and alignment with project scope.
- Support project closeout and help improve workflows, templates, and handoffs.
what we’re looking for
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in project management, marketing, communications, agency work, client service, or a related field.
- 4+ years of relevant experience is preferred.
- Experience working in the Yukon or across Canada’s North.
- Experience managing multiple projects, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders at once.
- Confidence communicating directly with clients and leading client-facing conversations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and comfort with shifting priorities.
- Experience working with creative, marketing, communications, web, or content teams.
- Comfort using project management tools such as Asana or similar platforms.
- Strong Google Workspace skills.
- A calm, proactive, solutions-oriented approach to problem solving.
- Ability to work from the Whitehorse office at least 3 days per week.
nice to have
- Experience in a marketing agency, communications agency, creative studio, or similar environment.
- Experience working with clients in tourism, government, non-profit, Indigenous, business, or community sectors.
- Experience with websites, brand projects, social campaigns, digital marketing, or content production.
- Familiarity with Harvest, Webflow, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, or similar tools.
what success looks like
- Clients feel supported, informed, and confident.
- Internal teams know what they need to do and when.
- Projects move forward without constant leadership intervention.
- Risks and scope issues are flagged early.
- Project quality, timelines, and communication improve across the agency.
what mammoth offers
- Salary range of $65,000–$80,000+ depending on experience
- Attractive benefits package
