Class 1 Truck Driver

Job Description
- Operate heavy-duty vehicles safely and in compliance with Caste Rock Enterprises safety protocols and operational standards
- Operate a variety of specialized trucks, including:
- End Dump
- Truck and Pup
- Belly Dump
- Low Bed (6–9 Axle)
- Slide Axle Trailer
- Step Deck
- Long Haul
- Conduct thorough pre- and post-trip inspections
- Monitor equipment performance and report any mechanical concerns or damage
- Transport and deliver gravel to job sites
- Maintain accurate records using an Electronic Logging Device (ELD)
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional truck driving experience
- Expertise driving at least one of these trucks: End Dump, Truck and Pup, Belly Dump, Low Bed (6–9 Axle), Slide Axle Trailer, Step Deck, Long Haul
- Note: If you can operate more than one, that’s a plus—but not required.
- Driver’s License held for at least 3 years
- Able to travel to the United States
- Clean Driver’s Abstract
- Heavy hauling and self-loading experience are considered strong assets
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
- Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Valid First Aid certification is an asse
