The opportunity
We are hiring Bartenders and Servers to join our hospitality team. These roles are central to the guest experience, helping create a service environment that feels welcoming, attentive, and well run. Whether through strong table service, well-prepared drinks, or smooth coordination with the broader team, your work helps shape the kind of experience that keeps guests coming back.
What does your success look like?
- Guests feel welcomed, looked after, and leave having had a positive experience.
- Food and beverage orders are taken accurately and relayed clearly, helping service run smoothly.
- Drinks and meals are served promptly, accurately, and with care.
- Payments, bills, and cashouts are handled accurately and responsibly.
- Bar, dining, and service areas are clean, organized, stocked, and ready for guests.
- Liquor service, hospitality, and safety standards are consistently followed.
What you bring to the role
- For Server: at least 6 months of restaurant or hospitality service experience.
- For Bartender: at least 6 months of bartending or bar service experience.
- Friendly, professional service and a genuine interest in looking after guests.
- Reliability, good pace, and a team-first approach.
- Comfort handling payments accurately and following service procedures.
- Ability to maintain cleanliness, organization, and service standards throughout the shift.
