Kitchen Team Member
Great restaurants aren't built by one great chef—they're built by great teams.
We're looking for Kitchen Team Members who take pride in their craft and care about the people they work beside. This isn't the biggest kitchen in the Yukon, and it isn't the easiest. Our space is small. Our standards are high. Summer gets busy. There are long days of prep before the doors even open. You'll clean things that aren't glamorous, receive feedback in real time, and be expected to support your teammates even when you're tired.
What you'll find here
We believe people deserve more than just a paycheck. They deserve a place where they can grow. When you join our team, you can expect:
- Meaningful training and mentorship
- Opportunities to develop your culinary and hospitality skills
- A systems-driven kitchen where expectations are clear
- Leadership opportunities as you grow
- A team that works hard, supports one another, and celebrates success together
What we expect
Every member of our kitchen is expected to:
- Show up on time and prepared.
- Treat every teammate with respect, whether they're washing dishes, serving tables, tending bar, or running the kitchen.
- Accept feedback with humility and use it to improve.
- Take pride in the small details.
- Be honest, accountable, and dependable.
- Leave their ego at the door.
- Never stop learning.
We're building a team based on respect, accountability, and collaboration. We have high expectations for how we treat both our guests and each other.
You'll probably thrive here if...
- You're curious.
- You're humble.
- You enjoy working hard.
- You want to master your craft.
- You care about your teammates.
- You take pride in creating great experiences for guests.
- You believe there's always something new to learn.
This environment isn't for everyone, and that's okay. If you're looking for an easy job where every shift feels the same, you probably won't enjoy working here.
Think you'd be a great fit?
We'd love to meet you.
Please send your resume to [email protected], and include a few sentences answering these questions:
- Why do you want to work here?
- What do you hope to be better at one year from now?
