HR Advisor
We shape, build, and connect the North. We do this by anchoring our work in Drive, Rigour, and Kindness – ambition in what we pursue, discipline in how we deliver, and respect in how we lead.
The Opportunity
At NVD, HR is not buried in layers of approval or red tape. We are a growing and lean organization that moves quickly, makes decisions, and expects HR to be responsive and grounded in business needs without unnecessary process for process’ sake.
The Advisor is an onsite role that focuses on the real moments that shape our people, our culture, and how we work. From recruitment to engagement initiatives to employee relations and everything in between, your impact will be tangible and visible.
