Architectural Technologist / Designer
Kobayashi + Zedda Architects Ltd. is Whitehorse, Yukon-based employee owned, architecture, urban design, project management, and development company seeking out a talented individual to join our growing multi-disciplinary design studio with current projects in all three of Canada's northern Territories, and northern British Columbia and Alberta. With an office of 18 staff, Kobayashi + Zedda is the largest building design and development firm based in northern Canada.
The ideal person will have a min. of 3 years of architectural technical work experience with wood and steel frame construction, drafting and technical review of documents, coordination of engineering and design related professionals, and contract administration during construction.
An intimate knowledge of AutoCAD, BIM, REVIT, and SketchUp software is a requirement as is a keen understanding of design, construction detailing, construction documents, and consultant team coordination.
