Seasonal Golf Shop Attendant – Mountain View Golf Club
Mountain View Golf Club is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Seasonal Pro Shop Attendants for the golf season. Golf Shop Attendants play an important role in creating a positive experience for members and guests while supporting the daily operations of the golf shop and golf course.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process tee times, green fee payments, power cart rentals, and merchandise sales using the point-of-sale system.
- Answer telephone calls and assist customers with bookings, inquiries, and general information about the club and its events.
- Assist with tournament registrations, event operations, and scoring as required.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the pro shop and surrounding areas.
- Restock merchandise and assist with inventory management.
- Help ensure daily operations run smoothly while providing exceptional customer service.
- Support pace of play initiatives and assist golfers as needed throughout the day.
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable handling cash transactions and using computer systems.
- Golf knowledge and customer service experience are considered assets but are not required.
- Availability to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays throughout the golf season.
