Camp Cook breakfast and lunch

H.C. Mining Ltd. is looking for a reliable and hardworking individual to support daily meal service for a remote placer mining camp of approximately 30–40 people. In this role, you will be responsible for cooking breakfast, assisting with hot and packed lunches, and helping maintain a clean and smooth-running kitchen.

This position is an excellent opportunity for someone with basic breakfast cooking knowledge who is eager to learn and grow their culinary skills in a unique environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare hot breakfast ( eggs, bacon and breakfast sandwiches) and assist with lunches ( hot and packed) daily
• Help with cutting, prepping, and portioning food.
• Wash dishes and keep kitchen, dining area, food storage and appliances clean.
• Previous kitchen or camp experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable living and working in a remote mining camp.
• Good attitude, dependable, clean, and organized.

Certifications:

A valid Food Safe certificate is mandatory.
