Bean North Coffee Roasting Co. Ltd. is a Yukon-based coffee roasting company and café committed to quality coffee, ethical sourcing, sustainability, and excellent customer service. We are looking for a reliable, physically capable person to support our warehouse, delivery, and day-to-day operations.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys physical work, staying organized, and being part of a small, busy team.

Full -Time Position Summary

The Warehouse & Delivery Driver will help prepare, organize, load, and deliver coffee orders to local customers and wholesale accounts. This position also supports warehouse cleanliness, product organization, packaging, and general operational tasks.

This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, safe driving habits, and reliability. The successful candidate must be comfortable lifting and carrying boxes, loading and unloading delivery vehicles, and working independently during delivery routes.

Main Duties

  • Prepare and organize local delivery orders
  • Load and unload delivery vehicles
  • Complete local deliveries to customers and wholesale accounts
  • Lift and carry boxes, coffee, supplies, and orders up to 50 lb
  • Keep delivery vehicles clean, organized, and ready for use
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse area
  • Assist with packing, labeling, and organizing coffee orders
  • Support inventory organization and stock rotation
  • Communicate delivery issues or customer questions promptly
  • Follow delivery schedules and internal procedures
  • Work safely and efficiently in a busy small-business environment
  • Assist with general warehouse and production support tasks as needed

Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Valid driver’s licence with at least 2 yrs driving in Canada
  • Clean driver’s abstract.
  • Claims free insurance clearance.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lb and perform physical work throughout the day
  • Reliability and strong attendance
  • Good organizational skills
  • Attention to detail when preparing and checking orders
  • Friendly and professional communication with customers
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfort working in a warehouse/production environment

Working Conditions

  • Monday to Thursday daytime schedule
  • 30–35 hours per week
  • No weekend shifts
  • Combination of warehouse, delivery, and production support work
  • Regular lifting, carrying, loading, unloading, standing, walking, and driving
  • Fast-paced small-business environment
