Administrative Assistant
843043 Yukon Inc is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our team in Haines Junction.
Full-time(40 hours/week-Permanent)
Answer telephone calls and respond to customer inquiries. Prepare invoices and maintain billing records, communicate with insurance companies, customers and suppliers. Schedule towing and services appointments. Maintain electronic and paper filling systems. Prepare reports and business correspondence. Perform data entry and maintain company records. Assist with bookkeeping preparation.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Mic Office. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong organizational skills. Experience in the transportation and customer support.
Requirements
Minimum secondary school diploma required.
Previous administration experience, Strong computer skills.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
