Interested in working in a fast paced work environment this summer? Yukon Pump is looking for a shipper/receiver and shop hand. The hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm with a one hour lunch.
The ideal candidate will perform the following duties:
- Physically count and check-off stock
- Enter stock into a computer system
- Prepare and ship packages to customers
- Prepare special orders and call customers
- Assist in shop maintenance - yard cleanup, dump runs, etc
- Maintain, organize, and purchase office supplies
Qualifications:
- Must be able to lift minimum 50 lbs
- Be able to stand for long periods of time
- Class 5 drivers license with a clean abstract
- Experience in shipping and receiving is an asset but not required
Wage is $25.00 hourly. Expected hours of work per week is 40 hours (full time).
This is a seasonal position and will end August 31st with some possibility for extension depending on workload.
