Mercer Contracting is a fast-growing company in the heavy-haul, barging and heavy equipment industry. We operate out of a brand-new, modern facility and take pride in a clean, organized, and professional work environment. We are seeking for hardworking and reliable individual to assist with painting a barge and performing general yard labour duties.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing the barge for painting.
- Painting the barge
- General yard maintenance and housekeeping
- Assisting with various yard and transportation-related tasks
- Following all safety procedures and company policies
Qualifications:
- Ability to perform physical labour and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
- Previous painting or labour experience is an asset but not required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license is an asset
