General laborer (Shop's yard)

Kluane Drilling Ltd & H. Coyne & Sons is looking for a General laborer (Shop's yard) to join our team. We’re a dynamic, multicultural crew known for flexibility and a strong sense of urgency. If you enjoy fast-paced work and a team that moves quickly, this could be the perfect fit for you.

Locations of Work: 27 MacDonald Road, Whitehorse, Yukon Territory

Wage: $22.00 to $26.00 per hour, final rate wage based on experience.

Start Date: As soon as possible

Vacancies: 1

Terms of Employment: Seasonal, full-time, 40 hours per week, extra work hours in summer.

Preferred Experience & Certifications (Assets):

• Telehandler, Bobcat, Loader or any related equipment experience
• Valid First Aid and CPR certification.
• A valid driver's license (at least 3 years of experience driving) with a clean driving record.

Job duties and responsibilities include:

• Picking items and organization of shipments/pickups.
• Assisting welders, maintenance technicians and other coworkers with their tasks when required.
• General warehouse/yard organization, including storage in racks and containers.
• Inspecting the condition of company equipment and vehicles. Reporting issues if needed.
• Checking and repairing small tools.
• Operate company equipment and vehicles in accordance with internal policies.
• Other duties as assigned
