Build World-Class Products — Not Frozen Fingers

Work year-round in our heated, modern manufacturing facility using advanced CNC equipment, 3D design technology, and specialized fabrication tools. This is a hands-on builder's role for someone who enjoys creating, innovating, and leading—without spending their days outside in Yukon winter conditions.

Do you love building things from scratch? Do you enjoy solving problems, creating better ways of doing things, and helping others develop their skills?

This is an opportunity to join a growing Yukon manufacturing company where your ideas, craftsmanship, and leadership can have a direct impact on the products we build and the people we work with.

For over 11 years, we have designed and manufactured premium expedition sleds that are used across the Arctic and North America. Our products are recognized for their durability, innovation, and quality, and we take pride in maintaining 5-star customer ratings and strong relationships with our customers.

Now we're taking the next step.

We are expanding production to become Canada's first manufacturer of extreme-duty plastic boats designed specifically for northern conditions. We design, prototype, and manufacture everything in-house using advanced 3D modeling, CNC equipment, and specialized plastic welding technology.

What You'll Do

  • Build innovative products from raw materials to finished product
  • Troubleshoot manufacturing challenges and develop practical solutions
  • Help improve production processes and product designs
  • Lead by example through quality workmanship and professionalism
  • Mentor and train team members as the company grows
  • Play a key role in shaping the future of a growing Yukon manufacturing company

Who We're Looking For

You are a builder at heart. You enjoy creating things, figuring out how they work, and finding ways to make them better.

You may have experience in:

  • Woodworking
  • Metal fabrication
  • Machining
  • Heavy-duty mechanics
  • Construction or home building
  • Manufacturing or custom fabrication

Most importantly, you have a passion for learning, problem-solving, and helping others succeed.

Valuable Skills

  • CNC machine operation
  • Forklift operation
  • Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
  • Mechanical troubleshooting
  • Experience with hand and power tools
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative

Physical Requirements

  • Comfortable handling a 15 lb welding tool throughout the day
  • Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs
  • Comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environment

Why Join Us?

This is more than a job. It's an opportunity to help build a company, develop leadership skills, and leave your mark on products that are used across some of the harshest environments in the world.

If you enjoy building, creating, teaching, and leading, we'd love to hear from you.

We appreciate every application we receive. Due to the number of applicants, only candidates selected for the next stage of the hiring process will be contacted.
