Position
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for receiving, processing, and invoicing customer orders while ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers, providing excellent service and maintaining strong customer relationships. In addition to managing order administration, the Customer Service Representative proactively follows up with customers to assess their needs, strengthen customer relationships, identify new sales opportunities, and promote in-house products to support revenue growth and customer retention.
Monday to Friday - 80 Hours Bi-Weekly (40 hrs. per week)
Key Responsibilities
- Enter customer orders and prepare quotes accurately
- Send out order confirmation emails
- Manage incoming phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner
- Greet and assist customers in-person with order pickups, product inquiries, and general support
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and care.
- Handle invoicing, process payments and maintain organized filing systems
- Proactively contact customers to follow up on their needs, strengthen relationships, and identify additional sales opportunities.
Promote in-house products and services to support sales growth and customer retention. - Send out reminders to customers regarding upcoming ordering deadlines for Nestle, Harlan’s, etc.
- Complete end of day tasks including daily cash-outs, reports, cleaning, etc.
- Participate in maintaining a clean and organized front reception area and office spaces, including shared facilities such as bathrooms and lunchroom.
- Assist with marketing initiatives, such as updating the product guides, promoting sales or promotional items and filming social media content as needed.
- Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by management.

- Experience in data entry would be an asset
- Familiarity with Sage 100 is considered an asset
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor required
- Outgoing and confident personality with the ability to identify and pursue sales opportunities
- Capable of maintaining a professional image and enhancing customer relationships
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Wage $22.00 - $24.00, depending on experience
