Office Assistant
Job Description:
Total Fire Protection Ltd is seeking a part-time office assistant to join our team. This position involves helping our customers with fire extinguisher intakes and pick ups, payments, and typing up reports. Position has potential to become full-time.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with fire extinguisher intakes and pick ups
• Type up reports
• Take payments from customers
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks
• Lift and carry materials and equipment (50+ lbs)
• Provide excellent service and communication to clients
• Work independently or as part of a team, as required
Qualifications:
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in English (oral and written)
• Ability to work unsupervised
• Physically capable of handling the demands of the job
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
• Eligible to work in Canada
