We’re looking for baristas who already knows their way around a café.

Bean North is a busy, community-focused café known for high-quality coffee, great food, and a strong, reliable team. This role is ideal for someone who’s confident behind the bar and can step in without needing hand-holding.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Dialing in espresso and preparing high-quality coffee drinks
  • Providing friendly, efficient customer service
  • Handling cash and POS transactions
  • Keeping the bar clean, stocked, and running smoothly
  • Supporting the team during busy rushes

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous barista experience is required
  • Weekday availabilty required.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Able to stay calm and efficient during busy periods
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Reliable and able to pick up shifts when needed
  • Must have reliable transportation (limited public transit access)
