Drywall Taper ( NOC 73102 )

NorthRebuild Construction Ltd. is hiring a full-time Drywall Finisher to join our team in Whitehorse, Yukon.

Responsibilities:

• Apply successive coats of joint compound and sand seams and joints

• Tape over drywall joints and embed tape in compound

• Smooth out imperfections and prepare surfaces for painting

• Install corner beads and finishing trims

• Ensure high-quality finish on residential and commercial projects

Requirements:

• 1 - 2 years experience in drywall finishing and taping

• Ability to read blueprints

• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

• Physically capable of lifting materials and working on ladders

Job Details:

• $34.00 per hour

• 40 hours per week

• Permanent, full-time position

• Overtime as per Yukon Employment Standards
