Job Summary: Reporting to the Executive Director, the Director of Family Wellness provides strategic leadership and oversight for CYFN’s Family Wellness Department, which provides resource navigation, case file management as well as wrap around care and housing supports. The position ensures the delivery of integrated, culturally grounded, and trauma-informed services that support the safety, wellness, and self-determination of Yukon First Nations children, individuals, and families.

Screening Criteria: Post-secondary education in social sciences or related field, and/or equivalency obtained through course work and/or work experience. A minimum of three years’ experience in a health and social setting, preferably within a Yukon First Nations setting.

Salary: Level 11: $111,225.35 - $139,016.59
