Family Preservation Case Worker
Job Summary: The Family Preservation Case Worker will be responsible for providing culturally appropriate and holistic services in areas of child protection, family services, and children in care. The incumbent will act as a resource person, navigator, advocate and support person to preserve the family.
Screening Criteria: Post-secondary education in social work, social sciences or relevant field and/or equivalency obtained through coursework and/or experience. A minimum of two years’ experience working in a social service agency, with responsibilities related to child welfare. Experience working in a First Nations organization, preferably Yukon First Nations.
Salary: Level 9 : $88,404.73 - $110,541.13
